Lovely spot and spaces. Rooms large and more than adequate, Only negative was that the rooms smelled a little "moldy."

The room was extremely clean and quite spacious. Daily hot breakfast was very helpful. Perfect walkable distance to Mayo Clinic for appointments.

Everything was great. The receptionist welcomed us with a smile and willing to help in anything. The room was very spacious and very clean. Breakfast was included, it was ok. They offer shuttle to the hospital and other close sites, which was very convenient. It was only a short walk to the hospital.

A short walk to the Mayo clinic building. Wonderful shuttle service and most important of all the staff and shuttle service drivers are extremely helpful and kind! The price- a couple of years ago Mayo clinic patients received a discount but now the price has doubled.

The staff was always very helpful as was the shuttle. I have always been happy with Marriott properties and rarely use anything else unless Hilton has a closer property.

Very good breakfast with lots of options to choose from. There was nothing that we didn't like.

This hotel was wonderful for our 2 night stay in Rochester for my day surgery at the Mayo Clinic. This time in particular I appreciated being just a block from the Mayo West Parking Garage and the underground walkways helping us avoid construction , it took a 10 minute walk to get to Methodist or Hilton (for labs). The hotel was stocked with chicken noodle soup, and the kitchen in our room was spotless and very functional for us post surgery. The hotel also had a shuttle that ran frequently to the Mayo buildings; you could also schedule one if you needed a specific time. Loved having a recliner in the room as well; this was invaluable after my surgery. Our room did overlook the construction site and I was amazed and pleased we heard very little noise. This is a newer Marriott; it has a modern feel and everything is new. The coffee shop in lobby level is fantastic. The Marriott staff made our stay very enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

The air conditioner did not keep the rooms cool, the fan that was installed to move air from living room into bedroom had to be on at all times, and it was way to loud. Bathroom was tiny,

Shuttle to Mayo Clinic is a plus
