Everyone was helpful. Breakfast options for every taste and requirement. My husband and I are both disabled; I require oxygen 24/7 and he walks with a cane. Our room was great. Walk in shower, lots of grab bars and directly across from elevator. The room was more than we expected; 2 tvs and a sofa, microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot. The bed was very comfortable; not too soft not too hard. Everything was clean and the carpet looked fairly new. We have to go back to the Mayo Clinic at end of October and I’ve already made my reservations. Nothing

There was a noise coming out from the bathroom. It felt like an electrical related behind the walls. the AC in the room was also loud so those two things effected my comfort at night significantly.

We only spent the night so it met our expectations. The battery on the remote needed to be replaced as it was difficult to change the channels

Staff was very helpful while we were there for appointments at Mayo Clinic.

We loved the updated bathroom. Staff was extremely pleasant. The continental breakfast was very good. Ice machine did not work.

Garbage in hallway was overflowing and not picked up on weekend. Had to switch room due to husband being at St Mary’s Hospital longer than expected. Asked if I could leave suitcase at office and was told that someone on staff would deliver to my room. After long day at hospital it wasn’t delivered. Minor but disappointing.
