Well, it's a 2 star motel. The air conditioner worked and bed was clean with worn sheets. The exhaust fan was broken and hanging off the ceiling

Dirtiest nastiest hotel ever seen. Electrical sockets exposed, no working fire alarm, mouse trap with dead mouse on it, mold in bathroom

A classic roadside motel that is clean, reasonably updated and a great accommodation in consideration of the cost. The bed was comfortable and the facility included a small refrigerator and microwave. The grounds were well manicured with a large central courtyard. When traveling alone, i don't need a $159+ per night bed - all I need is a good bed in a quiet and clean location - and the Whitehouse Motel fits that need. Stayed a total of four nights and was very pleased with the overall value. I could have used a comforter or a blanket instead of just a sheet and bedspread (like many hotels - even expensive ones. Blankets may have been a vailable but were not in the room and I didn't ask for additional bedding.

Room not clean .. had to go get towels . One light work. Had to go get lightbulbs for the rest. Pretty sure people are living there.. Would not stay again..

Management and rooms are clean excellent housekeeping

The location to my work, very clean and the owner is great. Fair priced and comfy beds. I will always come back to this motel when i am working in Richmond. i am not going to say anything bad about the hotel, it’s decent . The owner is exceptional. The only negative is getting approached by the folks that live there for pot, cigarettes etc .

The property didn't properly reserve my room, so I had to settle with a room I did not want. The room smelled like mold. The stray cats running around would climb and piss on everything. Some dude knocked on my door at like 3am swearing I took something from his girlfriend. He was drunk. The property manager who was working was not helpful at all. Cheap place to stay.

Yes I had to share my bed with the bed bugs in the bed and I had to go to the hospital because they bit me so bad an I politely ask moved to a different room and I was disrespected by the manager

Tired, dreary, murdery vibe. Cannot understand how this had any kind of decent rating. It was cheap at least. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. It was relatively clean but bathroom door had holes and the whole place looks like the last time it had significant work was in the 1980s. If you can spend a little more, better options out there.
