THE MOST FILTHY PLACE I've ever been in. Gross trash can right outside my door and the window was hazed over dirty. The mini-fridge and microwave were filthy, moldy AND rusty. The SMELL of smoke, vomit and mold. There was a literal pine tree car air-freshener hanging on the AC unit. Curtains ripped. Every surface dusty and cruddy. Mirror frame falling apart and fluid drips on both mirrors. Fluid drips on the TV screen. Toilet seat was unclean and pitted. Mold and mildew. Black spots and bug crud behind nightstand. Missing an outlet cover. Only seat in there was a office chair that was ripped to shreds. I didn't want to sit on the bed or anywhere else, so I certainly didn't want to sleep on it. Crust, crud, flakes on the mattress frame around the mattress. I suspect the comforters were unwashed due to the horrid smell. Wood furniture was literally falling apart. I immediately took my luggage back out to my car to avoid bed bugs and slept in my day clothes on top of the sheets for a couple hours until I could go request a raftund for the remaining nights I'd booked. ALL night, there was loud traffic (road traffic + people traffic). Ruined my whole following day having to find another hotel and being sleep-deprived. Of course, all non-refundable. Now hotel dott com is highly censoring my perfectly legit review. It's actually worse than this. I'm disgusted w them too for only highlighting average reviews of this dirty place. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Everything was great I enjoyed the stay

The room wasn't cleaned at all which was in a weird way ok but the desk clerk told me after I had stayed there for a week and a half that if I booked a room online. Which I had done all along that since I already had a room if I didn't want to check out until 3pm ..like it says online when check in is that I'll have to pay 20$. Wow what crooks

I requested for new batteries for the TV remote. The Night Desk clerk, well, didn’t believe me and wanted to check it out for himself. I followed him to the room. The TV remote didn’t work. We went back to the Office, he changed the batteries in the remote. I returned to the room, the remote didn’t work. I returned to the Office, complained it’s still not working. He changed my room to the one next door. The nightmare continued. The next rooms remote didn’t work either. OBVIOUSLY they hadn’t paid their network provider. Having been subjected to a disrespectful attitude by the Night Office Clerk - and I use that term just as derogatory as he treated me - then the next rooms remote didn’t work either… This wasn’t my first time at this property, it was my third. And with the disrespectful attitude, changing room - same results.

I was serviced quickly -I didn't even get what I reserved (double bed) -The room smelled like cigarette smoke -The blankets were ashed with cigarettes and had holes in them (ew) -The room was not cleaned prior to me coming (cigarette ash on the toilet seat, the shower curtains had some type of residue that honestly looked like fecal -There were baby roaches in the bathroom -The walls were super thin so I could hear everything coming from the next room -The decor is unappealing and dated and it didn't look like a hotel I felt like I was in the hood and I was uncomfortable honestly

I was visiting for a pageant rooms were clean and guy at front was nice very pleased The air conditioner button was broke so I had to take a pen to push it

The room was clean and the shower was okay and the air conditioner was on point that day
