The beds were so comfy however the breakfast wasn't all that. I will be staying again

I've been using this hotel and to watch its decline is sad. You have to notify the front desk to have your room cleaned. The unavailability of towels and washcloths was unacceptable. We managed to get a comforter for the beds but stains from previous usage was clear. The toilet in my room not working properly. Last see a dead roach by elevator door was the conformation of its continual decline. I hope the invest back into more than the front desk appearance before it becomes totally seedy.

I was expecting better. I stood in line for 15 minutes to check in, there was nothing to warm the pastries up for breakfast and the juice machine is out. A group of bikers were revving their engines up in the parking lot past midnight and there were many footprints all over the lobby floor.

Chargers worried! Clean, comfortable, good value. We have an EV and family in Richmond; will definitely be staying here again. Bartenders were pretty clueless, even though I ordered A pretty simple martini.

Staff was very nice. A/C in the room didn’t work. Room smelled bad. Sheets and towels had stains. We left early and didn’t stay.

location off of I95 in VA, easy on & off plus a gas station off the exit. parking was easy. outdoor space near pool was nice to read. the breakfast, more selections, yogert in containers, not a machine, more fruit options

The hotel was overpriced for the level of service, and the breakfast, which was included and supposedly part of the value, was very disappointing. Definitely not worth the price we paid.
