The stay was fine but I was very upset having driven all day from St Petersburg to find that our Expedia booking which w ha made and paid for three weeks ago was not recorded at the hotel. The receptionist suggested I call Expedia but I declined having shown him my booking receipt and told him he should call them. Meanwhile may we take the two rooms which I had paid for but he refused saying only if I paid more. I did in the end call Expedia and they called the receptionist and sorted it out. I was tired and fuming and I shall probably never use Expedia again.

Very nice overnight stay. Quiet, safe, firm bed, nice staff, excellent breakfast. We’ll plan to stay here on our way south every time! Next time we’ll have to bring our swim suit!

Very nice property inside and out. Friendly and helpful staff. Large clean room, comfortable bed. Nice size bathroom. Breakfast had scrambled eggs and bacon. Location was central to many restaurants. I would definitely stay there again.

We stay here when visiting our mother who lives near. We travel with our small dog and Best Western is pet friendly. I recommend them highly.

Arrived 9:30pm. The room smelled musty and 10 minutes later killed a big roach walking across the carpet.

First impression is always key right. Well walking in it smelled fresh. The staff were always busy wiping things down. Dusting, sweeping, mopping, etc. Those things go such a long way in making a big impression and keeping the smell of your property fresh as well. My room was super clean. I even visited the pool one night while there and it wasn’t cloudy like alot of hotel pools but crystal clear and clean. You can tell they take pride in their hotel and hospitality. I will always stay at this hotel if given the choice. One small complaint…..the sausage was terrible.

We booked our room last minute. Needed a place that had two queen size beds for two adults and our two college age daughters. We all fit without any problems. Would stand out the most to me with how quiet the hotel was. We never heard anyone walking around late at night.

We went here because they are dog friendly. They had a large area with a bag station to clean up. Breakfast bar was great. We plan on returning the next time we are in Savannah.
