Renaissance Dallas Richardson Hotel

Great property with everything you could ask for

Very kind & accommodating. The hotel was very clean & spacious. The staff was excellent. Thanks David for all your help, you made our trip special!

Only thing is the try to charge me with parking, when I didn't park in there lot. They correct the mistake and I was very satisfied.

Very comfortable All was fine, although parking cost a bit steep

Superb

Exceptional

Convenient to the Eisman Center. Great stay. Will go back for a future stay.

Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to be accommodating. It was like staying in an elegant hotel.

Location

First of all, I thought it was a great hotel but then I got there and I got a room in the 12th floor. It was hot and the AC did not work at all. My sister-in-law ended up coming the next day. I got her a room on the 12th floor as well and that room was cold so I went downstairs and asked the manager and he proceeded to say it was just the heat waves that were hitting the top of the building so I proceeded to tell him that my sister-in-law’s room is really cold and it’s on the top floor, so how is it possible anyway he ended up moving us the eighth floor to a bigger suite we stayed there one night in room 809 and let me tell you I got a rash on my chest and under my armpit and my left side of the arm. I proceed to call and let them know, but they do not answer. just make sure your beds are clean before you get into the room.

I had a wonderful stay. The staff, especially Jose, was exceptional. He went above and beyond to help me carry my two heavy bags to my car.

beautiful hotel clean cozy one of the best hotels everrrrrr

Exceptional

They gave me the wrong room and it smelled old in the room. They took my jewelery I left.

The place was spotless

Felt new. Very clean. Great breakfast and lunch

Next morning we tried to order room service for breakfast and the menu is really basic, does not even have pancakes. Front desk staff is really friendly and courteous.

Great value for a 4-star hotel. I wish there had been a microwave in the room, but otherwise great hotel.

Location The room we stayed in had many issues. The toilet had to be fixed twice. The door to the refrigerator fail off in my child's had. The staff offered to move us over the 3 day that was to be an 8 day stay but we ended our vacation early due to the problems.
