The location is perfect. The front desk staff was terrible and refused to give me an invoice citing that since I had paid Booking. Com, it is the responsibility of Booking. Com to give me the invoice and not the hotels. Despite showing them what the app says about asking the hotel for the invoice the front desk was adamant and didn't issue me the invoice .

Long time to check-in. The pool is small and a single lounge chair. Not that close to the beach area.

Took a long time to check-in because no one was at the front desk for 15 minutes. The pool is very small and there was only one lounging chair in the entire pool area. Check out was better but we probably wouldn't stay at this property in the future.

We stay here every time we are in town! Great property, close to everything.

The hotel was undergoing renovations when I was there. As a number of rooms were unavailable due to being renovated, my 3:00pm check in time had me waiting until almost 4:30 before I could get in to the room. Additionally, while the hotel had multiple elevators, the elevator nearest to my room was not working so it made for substantial extra walking including walking up and down stairs to get to and from my room.

Had a delay at check-in as they were trying to find an available room as they are remodeling. A little frustrating after a long flight but staff was working hard. Got a newly remodeled room and it was great, very comfortable and quiet. Would stay there again.
