Staff, the location on the walking trail, walkability to everything No hot eggs or protein at breakfast.

The hotel was definitely feeling a little run down. The bed was well used and the bathroom toilet could use a new toilet seat. Overall it was a relatively cheap place to stay for a night. It was also unfortunate that we were not told that the breakfast was only served from 6am to 830am so when we got down for breakfast it was all cleaned up and no longer available at 8:45am.

Ending breakfast at 8:30a was disappointing. We needed to sleep in after a long day of travel so we weren’t able to enjoy breakfast. Evening front desk person was very sweet. Morning front desk person must have woken up on the wrong side of her bed. 😂 she was a bit grumpier than I would have expected. Room was nice. A/C was wonderful.

The jacuzzi was fantastic and open until 10:30, breakfast great, very close to light rail and Marmoore concert venue. Very personable staff.

Location is exactly what I needed and expected. The building and the room were clean and taken care of. The staff were friendly. (1) When entering from NE 70 st at night for the first time in your life, SLOW DOWN, then slow down MORE, and be extra careful. There is a surprise concrete barrier about 20 cm tall. No signs, no warnings, no fences. Judging by the notches in it, I am not the first guest who was ambushed by it. (2) Fan / AC / heater, which - to be fair - is a problem in all motels: it you turn it off, there there is no air. If you turn it on, then you have draft and noise. (3) You hear everything.

The room was nice, the staff was helpful, the breakfast was nice. TV worked well, as did they air conditioning and bed.

A gem of a location. The staff were wonderful and the rooms were clean. I wish the doors were a little more sound proof but other than that it was great.

They have everything I need. None of the frills that folks seldom need or use. Sustainable sourcing and methods. Next door to Marymoor transit hub. The drapes are getting tired, and the bath could use a fresh door and fixtures, but everything works.

The location is good. The property has been refurbished but is still worn in places. For instance, torn curtain in room, stained carpets, etc. It is a good value but not a great property.

Overall no complaints

Staff was nice and room was clean. Property is kind of outdated but not too shabby. Water pressure in shower was nice, but no fan in the bathroom. Make sure to stay on the third floor if you have the choice, otherwise you will hear those above you walking at all hours. Breakfast could use a few more options and extended hours, preferably until 9:30-10am. All that being said, overall the price was decent and I would likely stay again!
