My family loved the hotel. Friendly staff great for adults and kids

My family of 4 enjoyed a wonderful Labor Day weekend here! We took advantage of the water slides, the mini bowling alley, family fishing, Saturday night movie, and more! The poolside drinks and food were great. We frequented the coffee shop daily. Only downside was waiting for the front desk to get our questions answered, the wait was always long.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was polite and helpful. Would have liked time to explore and walk the grounds, but didn’t have a chance.

This resort was very family friendly. Multiple activities for kids and whole family, beautiful walking path and spacious rooms.

The grounds are stunning, pool area, excellent, restaurant, excellent, gym, excellent.

Great place, beautiful grounds and large room. Only issue we had was the pool bar wouldn’t honor the advertised drink specials posted at the lobby.

The main disappointment was the additional resort and parking fees that appeared on our final bill. We were not informed about these fees during check-in, so it was frustrating to see the extra charges at the end of our stay. I think these fees should be clearly explained to guests when they check in. We stayed on the first floor of Building 7, and another issue was the noise from the room above us. Early in the morning, we could clearly hear the upstairs guests walking, and the noise was loud enough to wake us up. It may be related to the age or construction of the building. Despite these issues, our overall experience was great. We really enjoyed the resort, the pool, and the relaxing atmosphere, and most importantly, our kids had a wonderful time. We would consider staying here again.

The room was dirty. Our bedsheet had a yellow stain and I saw fake eyelashes in my bed. The bathroom floor was dirty. The sliding door to patio was covered in dirt. The worse part when we sat out in the patio a huge rat ran right in front on the patio table

Clean room, game room was fun

Rooms were clean, pool was super dirty, you cant see the pool bottom. Jacuzzi was worse, at one point they had over 24 people in each small one. Pool was terrible dirty.

Everything it’s good

From the very first day, there were problems. The AC in our room was not working, and the sliding door was also not working properly. It took an extremely long time to get a response and have someone come to fix these issues. The first night was even worse. The neighbors were extremely loud throughout the night, running around, repeatedly slamming the door, and making excessive noise. I tried multiple times to get in touch with the hotel so that security could address the situation, but I could not get anyone to respond. The next day, I spoke with Francisco, one of the managers, and asked if the hotel could credit me for the night because I had been unable to enjoy my stay or get any rest. Unfortunately, his attitude was extremely rude and unhelpful. He told me that because I booked through a third party, there was nothing he could do. I understand that there may be limitations with third-party bookings, but the way the situation was handled was completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, the noise continued the second night as well. Once again, I could not get anyone from the hotel to respond. I eventually had to ask the shuttle driver to contact security and have someone go to the neighboring room. I should not have had to go through all of this just to get a reasonable night's sleep at a resort. I also had a disappointing experience at the Starbucks.

I liked overall

This was an ok stay. The highlight is the waterslide. However, if you are staying only one night prepare to have limited access to the resort amenities including the waterslide. The grounds could use a deep clean. The entire pool area is filthy and needs to be updated. The room we stayed in was ok but needed to be cleaned. There were noticeable stains and grim covering all the surfaces. This property has potential but it is currently lacking resort level standards.
