Quality Inn & Suites Raleigh North

The breakfast was fine with plenty of choices to eat. The location was good to get to the family. We drove down to meet. The online booking indicated two separate beds. When we got into the room, there was just one small bed, a little tough for big people to sleep in. Fet I was switched without my knowledge.

The staff was okay. It was dirty, the beds and pillows were uncomfortable. The breakfast was just bagels and muffins. It was nosy and smelled like marajuana.

Big room bed was comfortable. Nice stay overall $2.00 for a banana. The need to install pads in the doors so there not so loud when people close them.

I liked the fact it was affordable…or so I thought!! It was easy making reservation through booking .com until I was charged $50 more than what price was! When I found out they took $50 without my approval I called front desk and she said it was a deposit and I told her I’ve checked out why don’t I have my money back, especially considering I never approved for $50 to be taken out of my bank account!! When I checked in, I signed for my card to be used only for $77.97! No one informed me of a $50 deposit charge!? Why take out a deposit when you clearly have my card on file already! I only slept a couple hours so room wasn’t messed up to where you should even take my money causing me to lose my job now that my money was stolen by you I don’t have gas to make it to work!! Calling my lawyer!!

I would have love to have more options such as oatmeal packets and water, more fruit options, The bathtub had soiled areas that probably could come out with a good cleanser but the room smelled good and was a far cry from where we left on that same day because of how filthy the hotel was. So I was pleased.
