The front desk staff attitude sells the property!…so kind and helpful! I really don’t use any ancillary services so I can’t really comment on their quality, etc. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I requested a walk-in shower as I’m handicapped and a room close to the elevator…didn’t get either of those requests! A bit disappointing.

Had a wonderful time in pool and spa. Location was exactly what I needed.
-
Convenient to where I was visiting. The bed was very uncomfortable.

I didn't have breakfast I left too early for the airport, the evening staff that checked me in were very funny and very nice that's always enjoyable! And the lady that was there this morning to check me out and make sure that I got the shuttle was I'm very cheerful which started the day out wonderful. I have never met a rude person at any of my stays with Fairfield Inn the coffee in the room was pretty strong and a few extra sugar packets would have been nice but overall no big deal.

Bathroom toilet wasn’t cleaned properly. The shower had hair on the walls. Staff was amazing. The area outside was clean. Parking was very accessible.

Your AGM is absolutely awful. Apprenance and attitude absolutely ridiculous. Very unprofessional.
