It's close to everything in the city and has a 24 hour Denny's right in front of it.

Though some of the property is undergoing renovations, our room was in one of the newly renovated areas. it was extremely clean, beds were comfortable, handicap accessibility was superb. The environment was extremely quiet and conveniently located across from Duke Medical Center in Raleigh, North Carolina. check in was extremely easy. staff was very professional and welcoming. they had a breakfast bar but I did not partake in that because I was NPO for a procedure. I will definitely stay here again when going back to Duke Medical Center for a procedure or treatments.

Floor in room wasn’t to clean air condition made a noise. Will taking a shower tub got fill would not drain well. And toilet was not working properly.

This was a very disappointing stay. The room had an awful smell from the moment I walked in, and it did not appear to have been properly cleaned. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, which made getting a good night's sleep difficult. The bathroom was in particularly poor condition. The toilet was leaking water, and the sink was either broken or badly clogged because it took forever for the water to drain. Between the terrible smell, dirty room, uncomfortable beds, and plumbing problems, this room was simply not acceptable. Basic cleanliness and working bathroom fixtures should be expected at any hotel. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to other travelers.
