Nothing The staff was rude. They got more rude when I told them the bed was broken and the tv didn’t work. Would not change my room. And the room was stinky! Horrible stay

Nothing Out dated everything.

Nothing but the front desk staff. It smelled bad wasn't clean had roaches couldn't get new towels. Just horrible I disliked the whole room. Dirty bedding stained, roaches, it smelled bad wasn't clean just a bad experience that I wouldn't ever do again

Had a problem with the TV. The manager on duty went above and beyond resolving the issue.

I paid for a room under my son's name Andy Theriot. They checked in. I arrived later I did not know to register my vehicle. The night crew towed my car by AtoZ towing. They towed it to the furthest place in Pueblo. The tow company stole my key FOB so I couldn't start my car. It was there my whole trip traveling from BC. I had to pay 350 for towing and Auto Z locksmith company charged me 340.00 to a new FOB. The whole thing was a set up initated by the night crew. BAD

The door's deadbolt didn't lock because the door had been previously "kicked in". Air conditioning wasn't working. Staff refused to let me change rooms. Staff was rude and unprofessional. Bathroom door didn't close because the door frame was extremely warped. Window had a gap, letting in hot air.

Nothing really. The room was literally falling apart the ceiling in the bathroom was falling on the floor the room looked to have been flooded at 1 point. The bottom 6-8 inches of the walls were nasty!

I kike the fact that the room was nice and clean I didn't like the fact that motel 6 staff towed my son's car all the way to spring for no plates when we explained to them that we just bought the car and was going down in the morning to have it plated

Nothing It wasn’t clean and everything didn’t work

I did not stay. Homeless surrounded the place, there was no signage. Air was not working, guest room doors were open because of this. Not a well lighted area. Very dangerous.

They gave me room 145 and walked in and didnt smell like smoke (at first) but was very stale. The thermostat was shredded but was able to see the on/off and fan speed. Nothing worked. So went back and asked for a different room and was told since I was changed once, couldnt change again. They did give me a fan but it was so loud had to turn it off to get to sleep and then I could smell the smoke. Was barely able to sleep as the air was stale and smelled of smoke and ended up with a pounding headache. So a negative star but they do not allow it. The location is poor, but was thinking just needed a place to get some rest and it was cheap. Mistake as I had almost no rest but I guess it was cheap. Clientiele was like the people of Wal Mart, very iffy at best, but could have coped if the fan was working and didnt smell like smoke. Best to pay more money to have gotten some rest,
