Best Western Plus Eagleridge Inn & Suites

This hotel had very clean rooms. The staff was absolutely wonderful. The kitchen and the breakfast was absolutely delicious and very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area.

I booked a room for two people on my reservation. When I was at the front desk, the man asked, would it be one or two in the room and I said just one. He said you’ll only get one voucher for breakfast. I said well actually I need to he says oh it doesn’t work that way. You already told me it was one and you can’t change it. I said, but I booked the room and wrote two people on it. He said oh, I reduce the price by $10 because you only had one person. I said, I would like to see that receipt where you reduce the price. He said it doesn’t work that way did you record me saying that? I said that is shady. So then he asked for my card for incidentals. Since I had booked with a third-party. instead of charging me a deposit, he typed in my card information and I said that that was wrong.

Hot tub was advertised on website - but there is no hot tub. TV has cable channels, but there is no TV guide to find programs. Only asked for housekeeping once, but we returned at the end of the day to find our room uncleaned and no clean towels.

It was clean and had a good breakfast. It was located next to a corral with horses and cows and was very pungent any time you went outside. The laudramay was hard to find and inconvenient

The manager is simply awful and has no customer service skills whatsoever. I called and emailed ahead asking if they had a functional Peleton and was told yes. I work in a hotel so I know how most people just say yes without ever checking so I double checked. I specifically booked this hotel for the Peleton. I am a Marriott employee but wanted a Peleton for this trip. Of course it was not in great condition and the internet is terrible at this hotel so I could not ride the Peleton due to the condition it was in as well as the fact the internet cuts on and off. When I brought it up to the manager he was quite snarky and said "well it's functional and I can not help the internet - it cuts in and out" He then offered me a discount on the room but I booked through a third party (hotels.com) so he could not do anything. FYI - when you book through a third party you are considered the bottom of the barrel at any hotel and I knew that. As I walked off he muttered under his breath "you should have stayed at a Marriott" I turned around and said I heard what you said and he said "I did not say anything". Then he proceeded to say "you can see the door right there and can leave if you want". He did not need to say anything and keep in mind this is the manager! Stay away from this hotel. The internet is barely functional and the customer service by the top person is atrocious. On a good note the room attendant was as wonderful as the manager was awful.

The room smelled horrible

I traveled for a Memorial ceremony and the Front Desk Lady was Very rude I ask for a early check in And she said l would have to pay 25.00 and check in was 3pm I politely told her l had booked online and my check in was 2pm she argued with me. I showed her my booking number and confirmation and she was slightly surprised. And I ask her if my room wasn't ready at 2pm was l gonna get a 25.00 credit. This angered her! I was only asking for less than a hour early check in. I understand things have But she wasn't very professional. And harassed my Older Cousin saying if he and his wife wasn't out at check out time they would have to pay 25.00 Horrible start However she was the only one The Guest Room Attendants were very pleasant and the Cook makes amazing omelet for Breakfast The front desk clerk who greeted me and the room was a little out dated

I had to keep calling the front desk to fix the toilet cause it wouldn’t flush and or fill up with water. The beds were very used and it felt like I was sleeping on a hill and would roll into the middle. I had to keep getting a new room key cause it would stop working after a use. The lobby smelled like a sewer. The staff were friendly and helpful.

There was nothing to my dislike.

Breakfast was great, lots of choices and made to order omelets/French toast. There was an issue with the keys, they kept losing the info and wouldn't allow me to open the door. Was an issue with others as well. It was resolved after getting my key reprogrammed twice. Nice location, centrally located to the places I was visiting.

Clean, easy to get to, nice room, comfortable bed, great breakfast. Everything went well.
