We enjoyed the pool. We only had towels for the first night. They only had milk and waffles for breakfast. The ac turned to heat during the night and they had no other rooms, so they brought us a fan for the rest of our 2 day stay.

Rooms were nice and clean. Good location with plenty of restaurants. It had comfortable beds. Staff was very friendly. Needed a better breakfast. Advertised like it was a bigger variety.

The staff was exceptional. The room needs to be vacuumed especially around the edges. The shower dripped all night. The ice machine was out of order and so was the juice machine. The internet was also down.

I booked through Expedia and paid them. The hotel had that info then charged my credit again for the room. Now I have to get someone to reimburse for me? Terrible, the person at the front desk needs to know how to work with third party bookings. Now I'm the one expected to proof the mistake?

2. Breakfast consisted of waffles which they were out of the batter, or cereal, very little fruit. 3. They didn't refill any of our toiletries as asked. 4. No ice in the ice maker. 5. Juice machine in dining area, out of order. 6. Vent in bathroom absolutely disgusting. You'd think with what is charged, upkeep of the things people rely on would be done regularly. A couple sitting beside me this morning literally said the only positive thing they could say, was the sign was well lit at night.

Shower head came while my daughter was taking a shower.

The whole place is a little rough in terms of cleanliness but figured it would be ok for a night. Got to the room to see roaches. Also, the AC was not working. Cancelled our stay and went elsewhere. Staff was pleasant and understanding and helped with refund. Have stayed in Sleep Inns before without any problem. Will be staying at Hiltons in the future.

That I was back home too much to list and we were on the very end to where my elderly parents could not visit easily, and in fact caused a lot of issues for my mother.
-
Not to much there. Coffee and waffles. Nothing but waffles, yogurt and cereal to eat. Used to be muffins and bagels available here. Juice machine was down and it was also down in July when I was there. Need to upgrade more variety and get things fixed that have been down.
