Comfort Inn Powell - Knoxville North

It was very welcoming ! I loved it soo much.

Even thought the AC worked in the room, the room we stayed in had very high humidity. We had to move rooms.

I was able to check in quickly. The room was clean. Everything worked. Water pressure was good in the shower. Plenty restaurants and food stores nearby. Hotel breakfast was good. The only problem was that Barnett Road was a little hard to find. Other than that, everything was good.

Price

Clean convenient to local stores and restaurants. Price was lil high. A guest brought his large dog into the breakfast area whereel everyone was eating. I love pets but leave them in the room while in certain areas

We didn't see any sign for the hotel at the road. We figured out it's the driveway right next to Regionts bank. Front desk was not the nicest at night check in, but morning staff was nice. Room was Not clean. Carpet was dirty and clearly not vacuumed, as there were clothes tags and food pieces on the floor. There was garbage left in the desk chair. Toilet not properly seated and it moves. The bed was ok. At 11:00pm we were just exhausted and not about to look for something else. There was a live ant in the sheets. I've stayed at many Comfort Inns and this one was not very good. Breakfast was decent. Pros - water pressure was great. Towels and wash cloths felt nice and fluffy. It was convenient from the highway. I would not stay here again or recommend.

Room was okay for the price. It felt "wet" and had a funny smell and the shower made a terrible racket. Breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast (other than the hair in my eggs.) The hotel is in a great location though and close to the interstate. It served its purpose.

Very impressed for the price the hotel was a nice, clean, keep up property. The staff was amazing always happy and helpful. The breakfast was decent a typical hotel breakfast that they kept well stocked.

Everything was exactly as expected. Enjoyed the hot tub after the long drive.

My stay was a last minute thing,we were traveling and the weather was bad to drive in . So I booked this room on line. I went in and said my name and the process was quick. The room was very clean all the staff was professional ,very quiet and peaceful.

The room needs new beds and a little updating They are the old spring mattresses. It also smelled musty. I had to go get a car fresher out if my car to help with the smell. I also found a piece of dog food on the foor so it must not if been cleaned real well. The remote to the TV was also broken. I had to put a bandaid over the message flasher on the phone as there was previous messages from before me and you could not delete them. It was keeping me awake as well as the water running in the toilet continuously. I was disappointed For the price it should be maintained a bit better. Usually Comfort Inns are much nicer than this one.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, very clean rooms, safe environment, continental breakfast was excellent. Overall stay I give a 15+.
