Sounded like there was a woman being tortured in the next room (literally!) for the entire night. Called desk, they sent someone up who knocked on their door and asked if they were ok? They said yes, and the staff person left. Then the next room proceeded with their torture session. We got no sleep and felt unsafe!

Very clean and comfortable beds. Pool was great and hot tub too. Coffee adequate. Grounds clean.did not buy breakfast so no clue there.
-
Hotel just feels a bit old and stale. It’s definitely clean though. I’ve stayed here three times and not much improvement has happened over those years.

Nice staff, good food at the restaurant. We booked two rooms, the room I stayed in was clean enough, would be nice to have a bathroom fan. My kids room smelled upon arrival. My daughter noticed a stain on one of the beds but didn't tell me. When we left, my daughter spilled her water on the carpet by the head board. A few days later I received a cleaning fee of $200 or $250 dollars. I called to ask what that was for and they told me there was urine stains on the bed and floor. I explained what happened and never heard back. The additional cleaning fee for someone else's stains on the bed and the smell in the room

The rooms were terrible. There's a bee hive in the A. C unit, the refrigerator didn't work. Most of our food got spoiled.. The pool is disgusting. It had green sludge in it. The hot tub didn't work staff was no use or any help whatsoever
-
Had to go to the lobby to get coffee
-
The room was perfect. Very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. East parking. Very quiet and the views outstanding. One of the staff let us know they will be renovating. The restaurant's food is excellent!

It needs some upgrades. We rented that place for a week and the restaurant is closed Monday and Tuesday so we are very disappointed.
-
Great place to hang out without the crowding in Coeur D'Alene.
-
they stuck us as far away from the center as they could. the showers were terable. the plumbing was almost broken
-
Room was good view could have been better with grass cut and trees trimmed, breakfast was good. Grass cut and trees trimmed, handrail for hot tub
-
Food was excellent Dated but liveable
-
The staff were all super awesome! The Hot tub needs a bar to get in and out. The pool was freezing. The sprinkler stayed on for hours even during lots of rain off our back porch area (ground floor). There are no fans in the bathrooms. It is in definite need of some remodeling.
