Will return again!

Truly had everything you need and s living area separated by s door from the bedroom, so handy if one part of a couple stays up later. Great place, has everything and ramp overnight parking with quick valets. Will stay here again when visiting.

Nice staff, atmosphere, cleanliness, cute fall decorations

Breakfast was very good but there needs to be a microwave in the breakfast area. Pancakes and eggs needed warming.

The hotel appears to be on the newer side. The facility is very nice along with the rooms. The only disappointment was the hotel breakfast. I tried eating there two days in a row and had to throw my food in the garbage. It was inedible.

DIego at the front desk was very helpful retrieving our Marriott membership info. to check in.

Excellent location. Valet parking is nice but at $45 a night it’s too expensive.

The valet parking was wonderful. Great location. Great staff. Would definitely stay here again

I am a Marriott rewards member and I will usually choose a Marriott property if it is comparably priced. I travel to Portsmouth often and I am certain I will never stay at this hotel again. I have a online business and I need a good, reliable internet connection. The WiFi in this hotel is awful. I had to use my cell phone as a personal hotspot and even then the connection was poor. I was here for 6 nights and because of the poor wifi I missed some important business. There were a few other minor things...TV remotes didn't work well, room cleaning was sporadic. But add it all up and it left sort of a bad feeling. Unfortunately, probably my last time there.

Everything was great except 4 employees told us street parking was free for Labor Day weekend in fact it was only Labor Day. we received a parking citation within an hour of parking. Needless to say always pay for parking per the city of portsmouth

Location is great The kids running around upstairs at 6 am..The Thumping was loud and a disturbance.

There was no Wi-Fi for just about 3 days, with no explanation, one elevator was down for three days as well.

Exceptional

Was there to for an area wedding. Staff was excellent and valets worked their butts off. Low points but not major, Breakfast was a little under whelming, asked for garbage to be taken both to house keeping and desk, wasn’t done, and side door area by trees, ground was covered in cigarette butts.
