The person who checked us in was really great, the room was comfortable, the gym equipment was in good shape, there was plenty of free parking, and lots of great food options at breakfast. We would definitely stay there again.
-
We love staying here because, the employees / staffs are very friendly, helpful, supportive and caring. The breakfast is always served warmed, it is delicious and different options too. Rooms are comfortable and clean. It is close to shops, supermarkets, the town and The Seacoast Repertory Theatre and many restaurants too.

Location and room size Missing utensils in the kitchen a smelly shower curtain one encounter staff front desk lady was a bit rude

Downtown Portsmouth hotels have valet parking which I dislike. This hotel was relatively close to downtown. If you like to cook it had a kitchen. The check in staff had a very surly woman but subsequent staff and manager were professional
-
Perfect location, close to everything. Spacious rooms, quiet.

Location was great! Especially having the kitchen area and the shops/restaurants around allowed us to keep things fresh for the time we were there. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice and clean facility The flashing green light right above our bed. The breakfast could be better. Also, parking should be included with the room.
-
When I checked into my room, they had to change my room because it wasn't cleaned. Still garbage from the last occupants and unchanged bedding.
-
Super appreciate of the noon checkout! It makes all the difference in how our morning feels! Not rush and able to enjoy the room a little longer before heading out. The one bedroom suite was spacious and accommodating for our family!
