Canopy by Hilton Portland Pearl District

Best part of the stay was that the food at Breakfast was excellent ( vegetarian hash and eggs). Well done- Thank you.

Asked fir the roommate be caked on multiple occasions with no luck.

Our stay was great at the hotel. The hotel looks just like the pictures. The customer service was top tier. We were greeted verbally and with a smile each time we entered or left the building. A special shout out to JR for making our check-in process smooth and for giving great recommendations for food within walking distance of the hotel. He didn't miss! The hotel room was great with comfortable linen an pillows, which is a priority for us. We will definitely book the Canopy again.

Loved this hotel in the Pearl District. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and helped us with so many recommendations! Nothing

The only issue we had was with our specific room. The AC was extremely noisy and whined all night long and the shower was an ADA compliant shower which is fine but when showering the water ran out of the bathroom and all the way into the entry hallway! Rather messy! We would stay there again just not in that room!

Nice modern hotel centrally located in Portland.

The desk staff were great. Our room was not ready and we had to wait a little over an hour which made it very rushed to get to our evening event. The room was not cleaned on day two, and when we asked for additional coffee for morning, it was provided but no offers of anything else we might have needed. Day three our room was not cleaned again, although a crew came at 9pm to clean. We said no thank you. A bit late. The room was pleasant and while we can live without clean towels everyday it would be nice to return in the evening to a freshly made bed instead of our morning rumple.

Nice hotel, but half the time no one was at the front desk to help you. I had to just leave our key cards to checkout bc no one was there when we left. The trash didn’t seem to be taken out all the time either as I walked in the hallways multiple days and the trash was overloaded. The location is okay but you have to be careful which direction you go otherwise you run into homeless folks.

The rug in the room was really dirty, and the hair dryer was sticky and gross. The toilet was loose, and the walls were paper thin, we could hear the person snoring in the room beside us. Overall average room, however the beds were comfortable.

Exceptional staff remembered our check-in conversation and asked me about it when I left. Unexpected and welcome cleaning mid-stay. Needs anticipated. Simple layout but creative and modern -- love the barn doors. Quiet and comfortable.

Great location walking distance to Pearl District shopping and restaurants. Hotel was clean with great amenities. Quiet room with comfortable beds.

We arrived at 4:00 for the 4:00 check in and told our room was not ready. The woman at the front desk assured us it would only be another 15 minutes and suggested we wait in the bar area and she would come get us. Well her shift must have ended because we never saw her again. Around 4:30 we checked at the front desk again and was told the same thing. It was a little after 5:00 before our room was ready. We were lucky enough to be able to push our dinner reservations out, but very disappointed with service upon arrival. The staff was apologetic and offer a free candy bar from their pantry for our trouble. Wow thanks but no thanks. Our time seemed unimportant to them. Not what I expected from a Canopy Hilton.

The stay was okay overall, but the room was quite small and there were not many amenities available. We also found that staff were not readily available when we needed assistance. It worked for a short stay, but there is definitely room for improvement.

It was good, not great. Breakfast was good but staff couldn’t be bothered to care we were eating there. Cute rooms.

Contemporary feel, clean and open, great location in pearl district. Friendly staff. Only one gripe. To park in empty lot adjacent to property the overnight charge is $60. Come on, Hilton. Thank goodness we didn’t have a car but that’s ridiculous. Good public transportation in Portland so think about if needed.

Hotel was very centrally located with lots of restaurants and shops around it. Felt safe. Lobby was nice with a nice bar and free coffee. However, the carpet in our room looked quite dingy -should have been cleaned better or replaced. Drapes were not able to be fully closed.

Pleasant, friendly check in. Nice they offer valet. Loved the vibe of the hotel. Good food, order at bar but do bring it to you.
