Property location was great. Staff were rude. The room was moldy. We didn’t not receive daily room cleaning.

We stayed for one night. The room was ok, basic amenities, comfortable beds, pillows and the AC worked well. The front desk was very helpful. When we arrived the key card machine was down and she was very busy, she was able to manually let us in to our room and provided us with a key later on. Through out the rush she was very kind and delivered excellent customer service. It was a very busy place, lots of outside noise and doors slamming all night (the doors slam due to how they are made). Breakfast was decent, well stocked with hot and cold options. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked.

The bathroom had some trash in the trash can when we just entered our room and some hair in the sink. The lady at front desk was not very helpful when I had call to ask some info prior our stay

This a hotel was quite the hotel for the price. Office gal was so pleasant and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was spotless. Nice location. Lots of restaurants, stores etc for anything you might need while traveling. Worked out well for an overnight before getting on the cruise ship in Galveston the next morning. Highly recommend.

We were in town for a wedding, and this hotel is like a Motel 6 at a hotel price! This is our first time in the Port Arthur area. We've read a few reviews, but didn't know what it was actually like until we got there. It is roomy with a lot of extra spaces, yet, I don't think it is worth the price!

Charged me for a room I don’t use and they had agreed to move forward to the next nite Did not have my reservation when I arrived. Put me in a room and then tried to enter the room at midnight. We are an elderly couple and were very frightened by the event.
