The young man at the front desk was great and let us check in early. The mattress was not the best but the next day they were replacing all the mattresses. I guess they fixed the problem

Friendly staff and modern facility Single entrance into the parking lot. Only the clock radio offers USB charging.

What I didn't like is the bathroom by check-in was not maintained. I went in after an employee left to find no extra TP (she should have gotten another roll). I used the last of it (luckily I didn't need more) so I had to go to the front desk to ask for another roll. There was a gentleman there so I took it to the restroom.

The hotel was easy to get to from the interstate. There was plenty of parking. The staff were excellent to work with. The hotel was well maintained.

The stay was great with the exception of the midnight fire drill, which I expect was the fault of the facility. All else was great.

Arrived late night, exhausted from Yellowstone but the agent at the desk didn’t even greeted or made any eye contact and let us stood at the reception. Finally another agent came out from the back office and checked us in and he was fine. The property is very new and the breakfast was great ~ the hardware exceeded expectations for the Fairfield brand but software (customer service skill could have been better) .

Room was larger than expected, very clean hotel, front desk was very attentive and quick to get us our room. We didn't have time to grab breakfast but it looked great. Our shower had slight mold in a couple places but wasn't bad enough I wouldn't stay there.
