Best Western Pocatello Inn

The hallway carpets are very dirty, the area around the ice machine was very dirty. Very limited TV channels.

bed was hard and not very comfortable. air conditioning did not work very well and the room was a bit warm.

I found out I had no refrigerator in my room, which I've never experienced over the many years I've stayed at a Best Western and in at least eight different states. She told me I had an economy room and they did not come with refrigerators. That was new to me. No worries I thought I'd just get ice. Both ice machines were broken on the first and second floor. Very disappointing. When I left the following morning the gentleman never asked me how my visit was, could they do anything to improve anything, was there anything he could do for me, etc. he simply just asked me if I wanted a receipt and that was it.😞

The ice machines were ALL BROKE had to buy bags of ice and the ac was so loud couldn't use it had to go buy a fan (extra expenses)

The room was wonderful. It was spacious, had a couch and chair in addition to the desk and desk chair. It had all the amenities we like when traveling: Large screen TV with cable package, refrigerator with freezer section, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. There are sections of this older property that have not yet been renovated so the flow from one area to another was a little disjunct. This was minor and we will definitely choose this property if visiting Pocatello again.

We had no shampoo, lotion or soap in the room and the door from the outside would not open so apparently at some point it just wasn't locked.

Stayed with younger kids for one night. It was a nice hotel, we all slept well. Pool was fun for the kids, but a bit cold.

While the hotel is currently being renovated, we found our room to be perfect! It was spacious, thoughtfully furnished and decorated. The staff were amazing, always very friendly, very helpful and accommodating. Special shout out to Karl! He was so great to help my disabled MiL. The downside is the lack of elevators which made it challenging for my elderly MIL to get around, and a challenge for me to manage all our luggage! They had a ramp but it was so steep I worried I was going to be run over by the fully loaded cart! Breakfast was really good but wish it was available until 10, dealing with time change made it difficult to get to breakfast.

Dining area was clean and roomy. Warm/hot dishes were labeled so we knew what was under the lid. French toast could have been much more toasted. The orange juice was rather odd.

Desk clerk was pleasant and professional

The pool area smelled like dirty feet and the water was not clean at all. The rooms were okay but could use a little tlc in some areas. Breakfast was your standard. Nothing to special.

I had a room with two queen beds in it love the set up of the bed office side of the room for each other. My husband snores so that was helpful. Had a small kitchenette in it. Everything looked new and clean.. The only thing I would suggest is if they get a new couch in there it was terrible. You could hardly get out of it and we did find a bug in one of the fifth

It was a little bit older but well taken care of and very clean. The room was large the bed was comfy and everything was very clean.

Was ok but the fridge and couple lights didn't work but the hotel was nice just couple things 👌

We loved this Best Western! The pool was great, the breakfast was amazing, and the property was clean and well managed. The rooms were on the small side, and we ran into some problems with swim lessons at the pool during morning swims. But other than that everything was great.

Pool has a water slide! It’s an in door heated pool. Open 8am - 10pm. Great! Hot tub so awesome too!

The beds were extremely hard. For some people this is a plus but I am a big softy.
