location and space of the bed. Thank you for the pleasant stay. Overall, I had a good experience, but I would suggest a few improvements: modernizing the hotel décor, improving housekeeping consistency, renewing the carpets, and providing better baggage assistance. I also believe late check-out should be prioritized for long-stay guests. I stayed for seven nights but was unfortunately not given any priority for a late check-out. Thank you again for your hospitality.

We (my partner and I) stay in local hotels (Bay Area) quite regularly, and we have experienced disrespectful treatment from other brands' hotels. The staff at Doubletree Pleasanton by Hilton were extremely respectful, friendly, and efficient. Great stay.

The room did not have a USB cord option so I was unable to charge my phone overnight.

A good hotel, nice staff, we liked the pool and the jacuzzi, the rooms are fine and clean, need however some renewal, a shower in a bathtub with a curtain is not up to date. Nevertheless, I would choose this hotel again.

We love this hotel. We come with a group every year for Memorial Day July 4 or Labor Day. This was the best yet. Nice and warm. Pool for the group and the club for the teenagers and parents who wanted to work out. Plus all the great fire pits for sitting around with dinner and cocktails with friends. Can’t wait til next year!

I will visit again. The room was great! Access to the Bay Club was a pleasant surprise. Next time I will have to try out the bar.
