Pet friendly and very clean. Excellent place to stay!

The hotel was undergoing a remodel which was not revealed when we booked. The pool was out of service, parking was limited because of construction equipment.The staff cleaned our room one of the three nights we were there but only left one towel.

Perfect room for my family and I. My only complaint is the pool wasn’t open during our stay, but the hotel did offer us to go to the neighboring hotel pool if we wanted.

The facility was undergoing a refresh so there was part of the facility that was closed down for upgrades. our room was spacious and clean - the shower had decent water pressure. the bed was comfortable and there were plenty of seating in the room. Road / plane noise was a bit higher than our expectation, but it's the city, right? Staff was great - would probably stay here again

Pool and gym out of service big bummer

The property is close to the airport and convenient to event we were attending. Unfortunately, the facility was going through renovation and amenities were affected. The staff were very helpful and attentive as usual. Once updates are complete all should be as expected.

Breakfast was good. The room was spacious, clean, no smells, and away from the elevator area. The only problem with room 108 was that it had black mold on the ceiling over the bath tub from a previous leak from the room above. I kept the bathroom door closed so I wouldn’t inhale the mold as I slept. I did let the front desk know.

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Fitness center was closed due to remodeling. Nice Place

Love the location to the airport. Rooms are fantastic: love the pool.

Remodel was underway, there was a lot of lost parking spots in the rear due to all the containers for project.

The room was large, Our family was able to spread out. The Hotel was clean and very nice. The cookies were an extra touch. The kids loved them. The breakfast was great. The beds were hard and the water pressure wasn't the greatest. But overall a great hotel.

The staff (besides the manager) was accommodating and helped as much as they could. The renovations were not communicated. It was nice to be able to use the other hotel pools but absolutely inconvenient. We booked our extended stay because of your pool option. Our room didn’t have working tv’s or a working garbage disposal. There were no phones in the room so we had to walk down every time our keys didn’t work. There was no safe to use for our valuables. The spoons were sharper than the knives on our kitchenette. There wasn’t enough staff to handle all of the guest needs and we had more than once that we requested assistance that didn’t come (getting 2 more chairs for our room - I asked again and ZaZa made it happen), lighting the outside fire-pit. We saw the cleaning crew coming so we turned in our room keys early at check out so she could start cleaning. We went down to the lobby and played cards for a few hours before departing. We asked the male manager if there was a bathroom in the lobby area to be used and he simply said, nope…. It’s being renovated. Nothing more. Very disappointing after the far from expected experience we had hoped for.
