Quality Inn Placentia Anaheim Fullerton

The hotel staff's work is excellent.

Shopping and dining close by, Room service available everyday, not very common these days. Room is smaller size but adequate, the breakfast is good and there is plenty of seating during breakfast hours.

Me and my family have a good night sleep when we stay here and in the morning a good breakfast too

They didn’t help me

What a terrific place to stay--very nice, very clean.

No problem we were very happy with the service.

A very usable and clean room. A great breakfast and the Russian woman that took care of the breakfast area was fantastic ! We will definitely come back for another visit!

Everything was perfect every star they deserved it and earned it

Room is always clean , a bit dated but clean . Breakfast is fair . Parking lot provides plenty of space and very close to your room . Have stayed here three times while traveling to Disney . Twice with partner and once with kids .

Good place to stay near Disney

Highly recommended

Love the place

Newly renovated interiors, very clean, accessible to freeways, excellent breakfast

Shower/tub was only running hot water

This hotel has severe pest issues and a lack of response from the hotel management. I suffered multiple insect bites on both my ankles. I suspected they were from bed bugs/fleas because I only got those bites overnight. But the hotel told me they were mosquito bites. Another issue I encountered was that I found cockroach in my hotel room. I took photo evidence of the roach before I dealt with it, and emailed it to the general manager. I never get any response from her, not even after my follow-ups. The cleanliness and sanitary conditions of this Quality Inn is concerning, as well as the guest service from the hotel management. However, I would like to give some credits to the hotel staff who tried their best to help me with those issues as possible as they can.

While not a glamorous place, it’s got everything needed for a restful stay! Also, the lobby has a self-service kiosk for food/drink 24/7, total game changer!

Breakfast was actually good and that's not common any more quiet area seems safe truck bed was full never had an issue

The staff , especially the breakfast server were the best part of our experience.

Nothing

Room was great and loved the fridge and the microwave
