Hyatt Place Pittsburgh Airport/Robinson Mall

I slept on the pull out couch in my room I called down about 1030 pm needing extra covers cause none where provided in the room .I ask the staff to bring xtra ..the response was ill see what I can do .and I never received the extra bedding .

Great staff, Breakfast was a hit and miss. Room was what we paid for.

Bathroom was very small, really needs to be larger couldn’t hardly get dressed in there. Had to ask for stuff that was supposed to be in the room but front desk clerk at the time was awesome. Excellent breakfast bar. Refrigerator didn’t work had some foods spoil, but they did replace next day. AC didn’t work that well……..

We had a 6 night stay and we were very disappointed by the amenities of the hotel. The description indicated a bar on site but not once was there a bartender on duty, not even on a weekend night. The front desk staff did their best to serve everyone a simple drink on Saturday night. The eggs served for breakfast were cold. It was a big disappointment. While the staff were friendly, they never had answers to any of the questions asked. The room was clean overall but needed some deep cleaning done like the caulking in the bathroom needed refreshed. The room was roomy and it was nice to have a sitting area; however, the bathroom set up was horrible. If I had known the sink was outside the bathroom, I would not have booked this room. My husband gets up earlier than I do and that was very inconvenient for us. The shower/toilet area was very small. The door closed right in front of the toilet. It was a total pain.

My experience here was Good. The staff was great!! Wanted to go swimming, but the water was to cold. I recommend putting lotion in the rooms as well. Over all the experience was good.👍

Hyatt Place has proven to be a good choice for us. We especially like the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. Breakfast is always great, plus having a bar and optional prepared food is always helpful on busy days. We are overlooking the location of the hotel because of the comfort. But be warned, it is in an odd location behind stores. And if you arrive at night, the street entrance is not lighted and overgrown - VERY easy to miss. The hotel name at the top of the building is most visible … so “go to the light.”

Front desk attendant was excellent at check in. She was very friendly, accommodating, great personality !

Everything was amazing! The breakfast felt like i was at home. The plates where clean and so were the glass cups. The pool was well cleaned and I had several staff memebers ask me if I was enjoying my time. Im not 21 so I cant tell you how their drinks are so your on your own for that but everything else was 10/10.

Room was clean. Amenities were great. We plan on a return trip and will stay here. Breakfast was delicious.

Clean, helpful employees and a great breakfast. Easy to get to from the pavilion at star lake following a concert, sheetz nearby.
