Room was nice and clean but the window curtains were broken.

Wendy who works at guest check in is very friendly and courteous. She makes you feel welcomed and not bothersome. Michaela works morning front desk is very friendly and courteous as well. She also makes great Oatmill for their breakfast. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. My ac was cold and comfortable. Enjoyed the thick towels for drying off. Definitely a great hotel to stay the night. I like how you can walk straight into the casino, from the hotel. Lots of tractor trailer parking. Definitely will stay at this hotel many more nights.

The hotel is quite and the beds and pillows very comfortable. The air conditioning was nice and cold. I enjoyed the restaurant inside the casino. Wendy at the front desk, had my check in information ready to go. Wendy make you feel welcomed. I didn’t like the chicken sausage at breakfast. They have plenty of tractor trailer parking . Definitely will stay in the future.

We were in town for a funeral. No discount like other ones in town have done for us. The door to the bathroom & closet was a disaster; it took two of us to open & close it. It serves as one door, & the shower doors were the same way. The closet door was rubbing the floor. Also, all of the USB charging outlets were completely useless; they were all really loose, so the cords did not plug in tightly, & so we couldn't charge the phones. It was a good thing we had the other USB charger that plugs into the wall outlet, but they were not really tight either. They didn't mention anything regarding needing a microwave; they are not in the rooms, but we just thought they didn't have any. We asked them when checking out. We didn't get any OFFER or DISCOUNT of any kind. I did let them know the day before we left regarding the door, & the again when we left. I will not be back. That was room # 429.

Vey nice hotel! We were able to bring our dog so that was a plus. Great having the casino do close

No preference. The all stay was good, bed, breakfast, hotel. It should be good to have access to the restaurant menu.

Reception and check in was good. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was maybe 3/5; there was not much variety, no fruit and no eggs. Coffee was good though. We were on the first floor. Although the casino was at the other end, you could not hear the casino. However, during the night, people were coming and going, slamming doors, and people were walking and talking in the hallways late into the night and early morning hours. Overall the hotel stay was average, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the location was good. We would probably return, but choose rather to be on the top floor rather than the first floor.
