It was a good stay. It is a large resort so a bit tricky to maneuver. Pool was nice and staff was on point. I would stay again.

Rooms are very nice and property is great! Loved walking the property they had very nice paths and features. Staff was absolutely amazing!! Everyone had a hello for you as you walked by. Really not often that you have a place with staff this friendly. Loved our stay and will be back for sure.

We love the Wigwam and enjoyed everything it had to offer for our birthdays! The staff are so welcoming and accommodating! They all helped tremendously with shuttling our group around to the restaurants and the golf course! We loved the firework show, live music and the fire Led show! We loved everything!

Location amenities The shower. Who decided to put slippery subway tiles on the floor of a shower. My whole family slipped and I almost really hurt myself.

Stayed here for a concert and while I’ve had a great experience before, this time was the complete opposite, we arrived and our room just by a quick glance seemed clean but there was a dead roach, floor was sticky, bathroom looked clean but toilet lid was dirty, didnt go to bed until very late and by the time i noticed it was 12 am and the pillows had what seemed to be like dust and hair that wasnt mine, there was a live roach crawling all over the shelves in the bathroom. I complained the next day and when we had first arrived and they offered us free breakfast and gave me around 50 dollars back since I booked through a third party. Didnt enjoy it at all and couldnt wait to get outta there. The first time I complained they did come and clean the room but not sure what happened when I first arrived, maybe they were training someone on how to clean them then decided to go back and do it later and never got to it? The staff was very friendly but it was a very dissapointing experience to say the most.
