Nothing The microwave didn't work the refrigerator didn't work. The air conditioning was having trouble working. It was dirty.

Staff was helpful in getting us transported to the airport during hours that the shuttle was not available

No shuttle service to the airport until 7am. What is the purpose of being by the airport and the shuttle doesn’t run till later. Coffee in lobby wasn’t ready at 5 or 6 Am. Hotel needs a lot of updating.

This is my favorite place to stay when I come to Phoenix. I love being able to call from the airport and get picked up by the shuttle within 15 to 30 minutes. And the hotel restaurant has a couple amazing people. Ashley my server, and Stephen the cook. This was the best fried chicken cobb salad EVER! And it was HUGE!

They were doing construction while we were there. Was not too inconvenient, just looked messy. Rooms were good except the air conditioning was loud and being this is phoenix it ran a lot.

Bad area Close to the airport, so you expect kind of things that happen like in airport area but …….not here First terrible front desk person Tia or Tai If you flight is early morning or over night, forgot it that you can have shuttle - as I was informed that hotel can’t find driver 😏 for night shift (I can suggest to pay more for the night shift) Then I was informed with BIG attitude that this service is complimentary only So get uber I guess or walk or just stay with different place On the top of that Forgot that you will get sleep yo like 1-2am So much noice from starting airplanes This is just my own experience, but definitely will NOT stay in this hotel again O yeeee Get ready to pay for parking your car as well when you stay
