Reviews
-
Everyone was very nice and greeting room was so comfortable There was no cookies lol
-
I was told the property had security measures in place, but I did not personally observe a dedicated security presence during my stay. The hotel itself is dated and could use some updating, although my room was adequately clean as were the common areas.
-
Poor description of the facility/ old carpet/ paint/ decor/amenities. I will not stay at this location ever again… worse than Motel 6
-
Breakfast is not free
-
The room was clean, but if you are planning on staying there please be advised that they only have cameras by the front door. My vehicle was broken into n when I went to the front desk a staff member by the name of Amy was extremely rude. Didn’t solve the problem.
-
Very nice and comfortable
-
My truck was parked right out front and everything was stolen out of it. 4 star hotel with no cameras on property. Drug addict and homeless people everywhere!! Wouldn’t recommend

Some things in the rooms needed attention. Only 2 USB sockets; coffee-stained bath towel; 1 tea bag; $3 bottled water - yup, $3.00; refrigerator but no freezer compartment; no microwave; ice machine only on bottom floor at the end of a long room hallway. Maybe the management can work on some of those things.
-
The broken ice machines and it was smelly on the 4th floor.
-
Just was really hot in the elevator. There was like a weird smell in our room. I think just the hotel itself needs to have like an upgrade. It would just seem kind of just dingy and like outdated and the smell from the carpet. The whole thing was just not worth that and having to pay a three $ bottle water the water should be complementary
-
Decent rooms a great pool restaurant bar in the lobby. Nicest place we found for the MONEY in Phoenix.

Expectations met
-
I got charged for 2 water bottles that I did not even drink.
-
Staff were extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast was non existent. There was only one staff person and we waited 20 minutes for our Breakfast while 2 other tables who ordered after us received their food. We ended up just leaving.

Clean and comfortable, very safe and friendly property. The shower door was a difficult to open and close, requiring excessive force that not everyone might have. One of the bedside light fixtures was very loose and on the point of falling off the wall. The ice making machine in the hall was out of service the entire four (4) days I was there. According to the listing there is no breakfast but the 3rd party site implies there is- a bit confusing. The quality nearly meets the pricetag, but not quite.
