General Condition of the Hotel and room were very good. Location was good. Room AC ran constantly to maintain 74 F. Was so noisy that i unpluugged it the first night to sleep. Refriderator and microwave were too small.

The property was clean and reasonably priced. The rooms were well maintained and spacious. The hotel was well located for all my intended stops. I recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. I would have liked a few more fruit selections at breakfast.

When I got there to the checkout everything, what's on spot. There's no complaints from the room to the breakfast.And the staff was incredible. I would definitely come back.

1. Conveniently located 2. Nice to have an ice machine Now for the negatives. 1. Didn't have the room I ordered. Had to pay an upgrade and still didn't get the right room. Wanted a room with a full size refrigerator. Got a mini fridge. 2. The TV did not work properly. The channel guide was incorrect and several regular channels did not work. 3. The bathtub wouldn't hold water. 4. The lighting was bad. 5. Overall bad experience. I even left a day early.

Staff was very helpful and breakfast was hot and ready every morning. Rooms are clean. Stay was excellent.

Clean, safe and convenient location for shopping, dining and entertainment. Room was clean and well appointed. Older staff members are rather grouchy and uptight. Pool is small and not well kept. Although a great complimentary breakfast is available, right next to the property is iHop and Jack in the Box for those late night/early morning craves.

They get a 10 out of 10. Everything was done right and my stay was a pleasure. This is a new facility and I will absolutely stay here again.

I stayed at this Best Western in April, while moving my furnishings to Prescott from a storage unit in Tolleson (west Valley). My stay was terrific; the room, the amenities, the location. Decided to book another room while in Phoenix this weekend and again, it was a great experience. The hotel is a short drive from my home in Prescott…81 miles, per Google Maps…and It’s close to several freeways (101, 17, 51). A convenient starting point for wherever I need to be in north Phoenix or Scottsdale.
