Comfort Inn & Suites Pharr

The room was clean with good AC and a comfy bed. Staff was quick to check me in. I like to book here because the check out is till 12.

Convenience, price, and cleanliness Checking out was a problem because I wanted a printed receipt. At 7:00 am the night shift clerk was asleep in back room. Couldn’t find her for about an hour.

Clean rooms and facilities. Staff were helpful to make the check in earlier The bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain

Good for the price clean room kinda humid but still good

Breakfast was bad. Cold eggs, no pastry. No variety. Not all lights worked. Corner. Took me a long time to set the clock.

Room cleaning. All Towels taken from room early. We had to ask for new towels and we were told that they were coming around with them. We didn't receive them till 3pm. We still have not received our deposit is been more than 3 days

It’s was nice and clean… had no problems

water was cold

Staff is very friendly, and breakfast staff and food were great. Our room number 227 had black mold growing around the carpet underneath the Tv stand and refrigerator. The whole room smelled extremely damp and musty. I think the refrigerator is leaking water/condensation onto the carpet. The curtains also had old mildew stains on them. Also, the bathroom lights were barely working. The rest of the hotel was clean.
