Holiday Inn Express & Suites Toledo South - Perrysburg by IHG

Clean room. Average hotel breakfast. Easy parking. Pleasant staff.

good location cleaning

Good

Helpful front desk staff. Clean facility and clean/comfy room. Hot breakfast was tasty and breakfast area well maintained. Close to Levi Commons; we walked to a local restaurant there for dinner. Great overnight stay.

I believe our first night we were in a room that should not have been booked and maintenance was being done on the room. We changed room for our second night and that room was ok

Very good

The checkin was quick, rooms were clean and staff very helpful and friendly.

Great customer service. Clean rooms, great price . Nice place for work traveling or a short getaway.

The cleanliness of the room could be better, there were stains on the couch

Location is great with nearby restaurants. I stayed here a couple of months ago and it was very nice with helpful staff. I booked again for a follow up trip. This time they put me in a room with a broken window shade and the bathroom shower door was off track and had a lot of black gunk and mold!! Ick. The rest of the room looked well worn and the surfaces were slippery. In the corridor the smell of cleaning supplies was overwhelming, or maybe they were trying to cover up bad odors. All in all, I was very disappointed. I let them know in the morning but it was too late to change rooms.

Amenities mentioned that there was a bar, but there wasn’t. The cooked Breakfast was disgusting and very limited. Everything was disposable. Plastic plates, cutlery & cups. Very eco unfriendly. I won’t be booking here again.

I was impressed with the pancake machine. I have never seen one before.

Clean room and very safe to stay

I had the best sleep I have had in several years. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. I reset my alarm 3 times, it was that good. The room and the bathroom were very clean and there weren’t any unpleasant odors in either. The receptionist was very helpful, not just for us, but we heard him giving recommendations for restaurants that would still be open late at night for the couple in front of us. He did great! I don’t remember his name, but he was there around 9-10 pm on Friday, August 28, 2026. The other staff that we encountered were also very friendly. I appreciated the lady who was there for breakfast and talked to me about the pancake making machine. I pray that God blesses the staff at this hotel, as they were very nice to us.

dirty pool and very loud pool room from echoes could do with some sound treatment

Starting to show some age.

Location. Very quiet rooms! Kind and caring staff. Starting to show some age.

Staff was great, especially Ava on the front desk. The beds are just ok ..no comfortable

Aaron was really awesome during check in. He made me feel so welcome and had a great personality.

The room was not clean, there was popcorn on the floor and the pull out bed had dried blood on it.
