The room was horrible killed spiders and roaches will never stay at a quality inn again this is number 2 for horrible rooms won’t give it a 3rd

The clerk in the morning was sitting down watching TV and did not ask "How my stay was?" or anything like that. Took too long to check in with the late afternoon clerk and the card machine kept acting up. Breakfast was decent. Nice AC in place unlike prior stay in Albany.

I used their laundry, printer, scanner daily breakfast and pool. Daily cleaning in room and near good area close to so many restaurants and stores. From family point of view an excellent choice. Very friendly and accommodating staff and management.

I have always loved this motel. Its always been clean and friendly staff. I like how quickly the staff responded to me needing a new room when the AC in mine completely coded and shut off. The first room was clean but the AC coded after it already being 90 in the room. At 11:30 pm we decided to move rooms. The next room was moldy, dirty and also almost 90 degrees. They did come in and clean up some the next morning. We did not move rooms the second time. Multiple rooms ACs was not working properly. Me my friends ended up just staying in my room because thier AC also wasn't working. I have stayed here for the past 10 years coming to this same dog show at the fairgrounds. I have always been a great visitor and always clean up after my animals and other people's animals. This time I was just disappointed. Room 151 was perfect for the dogs but the AC is toast. I took a picture of the error code. It had my room over 90 degrees at one point. Second room had some pizza stains on the side of the bed, spider webs all over the place. Crumbs down by the side of the bed. Very musty and looked like mold.

Property was really dirty. Rooms smelt terrible. There were hairs on the bed where I was first assigned. So gross.

It was a great stay considering I booked a smoking room, I was very pleased with how clean it was nice staff at the front desk. I would definitely book again.

Safe area, clean large room. Well maintained older hotel both inside and out, pool & hot tub. Very nice staff. Laundry on site, parking for truck/ unit, light breakfast in the morning. Would stay here again when in the area

Pool But the hot tub did not work. The Jets were broke.

Chair in the room was dirty. Floor was sticky. Pool closed at 9. Front desk attendant not polite. You get what you pay for.

House Fly, and a loud air conditioner. On top of the window, there was a huge dead spider with a lot of web, which made my kids very uncomfortable.

They need some major cleaning done. The furniture and walls need cleaning and the sofa beds need to be replaced. The owner wouldn't even look at me when I went to the front desk. Spider webs in the corners
