Second time staying at this hotel and our family loved it. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and accommodating. The breakfast is great for the price & convenience.

We had to change our room due to a bad smell and the staff were very friendly and quick about it. They took immediate action to even get the room clean. The beds were super comfortable! The location is very convenient!

We had a nightmare experience. Check in was early and smooth. We were assigned to a handicap accessible room near the elevator that we had not reserved. No problem. But there was some type of food, vomit, or other substance on the carpet. Then we had noisy neighbors who partied and listened to loud music well beyond midnight. When we complained, the night clerks solution was to call the offending room. Nobody answered. So we checked out at 1 am and drove home 3 hours. Arrived dead tired back home at 5 AM. The hotel initially charged a $224 early departure fee in addition to the room charge. I had to call and have the departure fee removed. Will never book this property again.

The spacious rooms, wonderful breakfast, and incredible nightly rates keep me coming back every time I’m in Pensacola! I will probably not stay anywhere else ever again!

My husband was in the hospital and this was very convenient in proximity. Very quiet, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and saved me time getting to the hospital in the morning

Unfortunately, the room did not meet my expectations. There were noticeable stains on both the carpet and the curtains, which made the room feel less clean and well-maintained. The AC was also very loud, especially when trying to relax or sleep. Overall, the room could definitely benefit from better upkeep, deeper cleaning, and maintenance of the AC unit. Based on my experience, I would not choose to stay here again.

The bedding smells like BO, they probably haven’t washed them for a while. Carpets in the rooms were worn out, couch looked worn out. Breakfast was good, that’s about it.

Great place to stay after a late flight. We got to sleep in and checked out by noon. Friendly staff!!

The hotel is within location to many restaurants and the hotels rooms were amazing, very clean, staff great. Not far from the best beaches. We will definitely stay here again and again. No complaints
