Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Pensacola West, FL

Nothing The pictures online look nothing the property in person, smelled funny in the lobby soon as you walk in and rooms also. Not clean

Location Old Urine behind the toilet.

Good breakfsstp

The hotel is OK. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the towels were clean. Our room was very noisy (maybe other rooms were not as noisy?). Water from the shower was weak. Breakfast was OK, typical 2-star hotel breakfast.

Staff was nice.

Exceptional

Friendly service and clean inviting property.

All good.

The room was clean and the property looked well maintained. I didn't use all of the amenities, just the pool. The water in the pool was nice. I would have given it 5 stars if it had a jacuzzi. But overall, it was nice clean place to stay at a reasonable price.

Clean room nice staff i didn’t eat the breakfast so i can’t rate that. Great location i would stay here again

Very clean. Close to the interstate and restaurants Need to upgrade the breakfast menu. Add more options

People smoking weed in the rooms terrible. If they need to smoke weed should outside the building .

Good

Warm breakfast every morning. Bed was very comfortable. Baked cookies in the lobby every evening. Free 24 hour coffee, tea, hot chocolate. I felt very safe in the hotel and restaurants were close by to get food. Did not have bacon on warm breakfast enough. Mostly sausage. Housekeeping was not as thorough. Food found behind the night stand. There was only one working dryer while I was there. Parking and entering the hotel parking lot was challenging and ongoing construction on site.

The room was cleabn except wewhen the ac was turned off there was a stale smell that could be removed with batter sanitization. We were un willing to complain as our stay in pensacola diofd not afford us the time to complain. This smell was off putting. Another reoom was skippped over by the front desk because it had a moisture problem so did this one. Your website seems to default to handicapped rooms and the software could be tweaked to avoid theis problem coming up again and again at the front desk.

Superb
