Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pekin (Peoria Area) by IHG

Location

The hotel was fine. It is a bit older but it has new carpeting. The lobby is modern. The bathroom was clean. Beds were a bit warn. This is a typical 3 star hotel. Nothing more, nothing less.

Cable tv and phone issues

Small parking lot, no room for truck and trailer.

The room was definitely not worth the 180 a night. Nothing special or different sbiut the room. The toilet had its issues sometimes not flushing. The way the placed the TV was very inconvenient and weird spot. Not to mention you don't have access to tv guide either. Just was a huge bleh room. Breakfast was good!!!! Elevator felt very unsafe...took stairs a lot. Lol. Location of hotel is in amazing spot!!! Near everything and across street from Walmart!!

The breakfast staff was amazing! Best breakfast selection and clean! Room. Mold in bathroom. Had to be moved fue to a previous guest smoking in the room. Staff was notified but still had the room opened to next guests.

Fabulous experience, Hailey (at check-in was wonderful helping me maneuver issues with hotels.com. She fixed all the problems after I spent hours on the phone with them. Hotel was well kept, beds were comfortable and all the staff were great!

Very clean The front desk lady made me pay a $75 deposit and said I will receive it back after the stay I never did and I booked online there scamming people

All better than expected

Good location

Location and breakfast was fine.

Lady that cleaned up handled breakfast was nice and helpful. Check in staff was nice and informative. pool was cold but was clean. Had to remove robotic cleaner for staff so we knew they attempted or were cleaning the pool. Found a dirty sock and used pick flosser in our room as well as dirty floors. Looked like the bare minimum was done to clean our room. Would not recommend due to cleanliness of room alone.

I didnt like the same breakfast options every day but the food was good.

Was very clean , i dont like veggies in my omelet so had to find something else . Pancake machine only worked if you pushed on the bag .

We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Everything was very clean, the breakfast was wonderful, and the staff was extremely kind and welcoming. The hotel truly deserves every compliment. We would be very happy to come back again.

Clean room.

The rust and holes in bathroom. Last people's clothing still in room.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Nothing I asked for was too much (not that I asked for a lot). The breakfast was fresh and tasty! Would recommend.

Y good

Breakfast is an epic failure. Other than that decent property but way overpriced. Pools tiny.
