Bed was extremely worn out and could feel the springs when laying down.

We always stop here. My husband loves the staff and the generous breakfast. We also appreciate that it is pet friendly. The rooms are always clean. The front desk staff are fantastic. The maids are always very sweet. We like to tip them since we do add a little dog hair.

Overall not a bad stay, but there are some really simple things that could have made it so much better. Comfortable room and beds, room was clean and good amenities. The lobby and elevator were dirty, the elevator felt like it needed to be serviced. Jerked to a start and the door struggled to close. The outside had liter everywhere. I feel like we paid a lot for where we stayed. It was pet friendly which we appreciated.

The door to the gym doesn’t open up, you have to keep scanning card a couple of times before it opens up. Rooms are a little dusty

Horrible. Not hot water in shower. Went to lobby and was told to let water run 20 minutes. Was also told maintenance guy was going to be called 2 hrs later no maintenance guy. Lady at desk was sitting on the couch with her girlfriend totally unprofessional. Three words for this person lazy, doesn’t care, incompetent

I wasn't able to unlock my door and had to go back to the front desk. Maybe if she told me in the beginning that although pushing the handle down was normal, I had to PUSH THE handle upwards to unlock! Is the handle on backwards???? Anyway, it was restful after that. Kinda expensive for LaQuinta. Its not a premier hotel. Stared above.

It was a good hotel until I went to shower the had really hot water the shower handle wasn’t working right. Cold water showers really suck the front desk young lady was no help she just said she would have maintenance go check it out 3 nights later no resolve yall suck with a cold water shower and her telling me to turn the dial to red. Really

Ac was not working properly room felt humid and mini fridge was dirty upon arrival.Pool closed earlier than hours posted very disappointed its my usual hotel when Im in the area but will need to reconsider.
