I had a short overnight stay but in my time there the multiple staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again if I am back in the area.

The rooms had a musty smell to them like the dehumidifier in the AC was not working. We turned up the AC but still the same. It was more than one room as we talked to other guests that said the same. Some things around the hotel were old but overall a clean place. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We were there for an event, so did not use any of the facilities.

There was a weird smell in the room, probably due to the AC not turned to cool. Other than that, everything else were good.

The room my mother and I were STUCK in was TINY. THE SHOWER WAS SLICK ON BOTTOM and had NO GRAB BARS! SUOPOSEDLY, THE HOTEL WAS BOOKED AND THEY HAD NO OTHER ROOMS AVAILABLE. THE CARPET SMELLED AND THE ROOM WAS DAMP. POSSIBLE MOLD INFESTED. WE LEFT AFTER 1 NIGHT. THEY REFUSED TO CANCEL OUR 2ND NIGHT. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Our room was full of mold. We had to get moved. The entire hotel smells but the rooms stink terribly!!

The location was phenomenal. Very clean and friendly staff. Great price. Our room didn't have very many accessible outlets. And the fridge didn't get cold.

I enjoyed the location of the property because I don’t drive. I felt it was century located with restaurants Trader Joe so overall it was a great location for me.

Room didn’t seem clean and smelled awful. Also no pool.

The first room they gave us had a very strong smell of ammonia. We walked in and walked straight out and asked for a different room. They gave us the room next to it. It has the same smell but lighter. It was tolerable. Thankfully we were not in the room a lot, just to sleep and shower.

The first room the rug was soaked with water and the room smelled like mildew then they switched me to another room the phone was broken

Disappointed in the breakfast

Great location. The whole building has a musky smell. And the room was very humid. So much so, that the bedding and towels felt damp. Remote in room did not work. Tried to call front desk and the cord fell out of the phone. So, I had to leave my room to go down there. The woman told me the mash the buttons harder. That did not work so she told me I could switch rooms if I wanted the tv.
