Very lovely room and property.

The room was clean and quiet and very comfortable. Mattresses are comfy. Pillows are a little soft for me.

I have stayed at many Holiday Inn & suites, the room I stayed in, looked outdated and very small. It felt like I was in a kid’s room. The staff was wonderful, but I woke up coughing and my ears hurting. I usually feel like this when there is mold, due to my allergies to mold is really bad.

The staff was friendly and helpful if needed. You can get Coffey 24 seven that’s a nice little amenity. They also have snacks and detergent and things like that that you can purchase. The location was good, near lots of restaurants and stores. The pool was clean. I would stay there again.

Location was great for our needs and we really enjoyed the breakfast bar. Our suite had excess moisture which required noisy dehumidifiers.

Staff was friendly The appearance of the bathtub it looked like large areas had peeled off inside the tub. Yuck

Problem after problem at this hotel: Night one (of four) a wall next to our bed started smelling like burning and by the next morning we had found that the lamp plugged into it was charred and the faceplate on the outlet had burned and melted. The carpet was wet in our tv room from a leaking dehumidifier. The maintenance guy came and shop-vac'ed the carpet but didn't swap the dehumidifier so by that evening it was soaking wet again. We put it in the hallway and then requested they swap it again. They finally got a new one instead and we then were given a commercial fan which we had on the water spot day and night for days 3 and 4 of our stay - it was very loud. The carpet remained wet for all 4 days we were there. We had to empty the two humidifiers every 6-8 hours because they'd fill up. There was no hand or dish soap for the kitchen sink. The barn door to the bedroom fell off the tracks on my 4 year old daughter (should have anti-skip hardware). They said they didn't have a different room for us (since we needed a suite with beds for 6 people), and they didn't have any connecting rooms available. Finally on our last night we were able to talk with the manager. Finally someone listened, showed sympathy, explained she would train her team better because obviously this shouldn't have happened like this, and she tried to make it right. Grateful to finally have someone who listened, but still didn't change the fact that everything else was rough.

We had a good stay. Please note that the golf carts are too expensive to actually use, unless you want to just take a quick little ride.

Stayed multiple times and always been pleasant
