Our room was very clean enjoyed our stay

The place came with AC so that was helpful considering that it cold outside so we could warm up. It was very unfortunate but on the last day a mouse was in our room.

If you want a cheap place to stay that’s clean and head into Salem or whatever your plans are it’s great! Starbucks is in the parking lot also. However…pool isn’t open, no breakfast (restaurant next door you can order from), coffee is warm or was out (front desk was busy so no biggie) and the doors you have to wiggle the handle 87 times for it to read your card to get access. All the staff were amazing and it was clean and beds were comfortable. So if you don’t care about the pool and free breakfast, this place will work.

Pros - Proximity to Salem without the crowds - Checking In: Got an early check in due to an early flight. Big thank you to Chris! He was very welcoming. - Comfy beds - Concessions stand in the lobby Cons: - Amenities/Facilities: All but one elevator was out of use. The pool was closed our whole stay. The laundry facilities were kind of dirty. - Front Desk Accessibility: Pretty difficult navigating their phone directory. - One Rude Front Desk Staff Member: One night we came back from a long day out and our room wasn’t cleaned. The hotel’s website said daily housekeeping, but the front desk staff member (didn’t have a name tag, but she wore glasses), said every other day. She rolled her eyes and groaned when I asked for extra towels. - Housekeeping: On an off day for housekeeping, per front desk, we hung our DND tab on our door out of habit, thinking that there was gonna be no housekeeping. When we got back to our room, the tab had been taken off of our door and our room was cleaned. We were confused and unsettled. - Toilet: The toilet in our room didn’t flush unless you pressed and held the knob down until all the water went all the way down. - No microwave/freezer in room - No free breakfast (although this was listed on their website) - No descriptions for TV guide channels Did the trick and gave us an okay place to stay, but just left a bad taste in our mouths. Wouldn’t recommend.

He was very knowledgeable of the things we were looking for and didn’t hesitate to answer all questions. The restaurant next door that the breakfast is offered is amazing. Delicious food and the service is excellent. But the price is a little high on the rooms. And I wasn’t expecting a deposit charge on damages. And I didn’t get refunded on one of the meals I had paid for, breakfast is not included unless you paid for it. I returned two meal coupons and was told it wasn’t refunded. Do I recommend to stay here? Yes but not for the price. We went to Salem and Boston took Ubers and it was also pricey. But overall our stay was fantastic. Boston was beautiful and so was Salem. Next time if we go again I might consider a package with flights and hotels like 6 of my friends that went that same time did. I didn’t get it because I book last minute.

Right off a busy highway, made travel kind of a hassle. Other than location, i enjoyed my stay. The restaurant was awesome

Called the front desk, toilet would not flush, next morning, stopped by front desk and reported the toilet. Did not fix. That night toilet was worse. Called the front desk, the desk clerk was there by herself and all she could do was move us to a different room. This room, had not reachable outlets for medical equipment and only a d desk chair. We called and asked for an extension cord, they didn’t have one. Said there was nothing else she could do. I’m reluctant to even give a two star rating.

Room was clean and the staff was attentive to any needs we had. No issues throughout our stay

The night I got there I saw a mouse running through the hallway. I understand big properties could have pest issues, and I was also told by a Boson resident that there's a huge rat problem in Boston and surrounding areas. But still, it's not a great impression seeing a mouse in the hallway right after checking in. The room I stayed in wasn't great. The light fixture hanging over the door was falling off the wall, the carpet was stained, and there was a large water damage crack in the ceiling above one of the beds. I got this room cheap as part of a travel package, so I guess I got what I paid for. I'm the kind of traveler who doesn't book fancy rooms because I'm busy sightseeing, but still it'd be nice to not have this many issues. The positives are the staff were really friendly and helpful and the location was great because hotels in Salem were more expensive.

We stayed for four nights. After checking in, we found that the pool was out of order. We asked and were told it would be fixed in a day or two. It never was. The room only has three light sources- two single-bulb lamps and a sconce over the door. One of the lamp bulbs was out. We asked twice during our stay- never fixed. It was always dark in the room. We got a note under our door the first night that we would not get housekeeping. Indeed, we never did during the stay. During our stay, it rained. We were on the second floor, but the room adjoined a flat roof area. We got a lot of water coming in by the external wall. We were able to get extra towels to keep the water to half the room, but no other help. We got put in the handicap room and had only a single sink, no counters or hooks in the bathroom. I am 6'2" and the refrigerator was on the floor under a table. (How a person in a wheelchair could reach it, I don't know.) I had to get on my hands and knees to open it. Worst stay in many years.

Quiet and convenient, staff was friendly and helpful.

There was a mouse in our room. The morning we were leaving we got up very early to get ready to drive back to the airport. A mouse was running around the room. We complained when we left and they did nothing. Also contacted the hotel they again did nothing. I should not even have to pay or at least be given a credit this is not right.

Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was easy and convenient. The pool was broken when we got there but was fixed over the weekend so we did get to enjoy it. Super quiet!

Bed had a dead meal worm looking bug under the comforter.

Hotel had a noticeable odor. Stains on the rugs and carpets and dents and cracks in the wall. Tub drain broken.

Beautiful room

Clean and nice room. Friendly staff. No breakfast and swimming pool though
