I was very upset this time Jacuzzi was not working, the water was cold and dirty - we asked to change the room, they refused... we asked them a month before we come to give us good room with the close pool and jacuzzi, we had a disable person with us - they said ok but gave us terrible place. We have been coming here for 12 years and never had this experience. Don't rent the room if your jacuzzi is not working.

This was a gorgeous gated property that provided a safe, quiet environment. Everyone was so nice and friendly. It was in a great spot. It was clean. We loved it!

Everything is always great. However, this trip we experienced a power outage. Late night and couldn’t sleep because the fire alarms are hard wired and a loss of power set them off. Pools were a little warmer than I expected. Love this property and plan to go again soon.

Close to the action!! Gated entry with easy access with card. Friendly staff, easy check in. Lobby had personal items for sale and snacks. Condo was huge and immaculate. Beautifully decorated and very large! Murphy bed was comfortable. We swam in multiple pools. All were super clean and very refreshing. Hot tubs were relaxing and perfect temperature. The grounds were well maintained and such a beautiful place. Palm trees and citrus. It truly was a Oasis. Would love to stay again!!

It was a good value and location Construction noise right outside the villa we were staying at.

Wished we stayed longer. Nice bikes to use and pickleball gear :) nice property.

It was great aside from checking in, clear directions on getting through gate to check in would have been helpful.

The room was comfortable and relaxing. It had everything I need. There were no directions on how to enter the resort. It's a gated facility and we had to use the intercom to get in. The problem is that I'm deaf, but fortunately I had my son to communicate for us. If I didn't have my son then how was I suppose to get in? A code sent to my email before I arrive will be ideal.

Property is clean and well-maintained. There is a variety of food options nearby. Whatever room you get, there is a nearby pool and spa.

A very nice unit located in a larger condominum complex. Check in/out was easy. The staff was helpful. The pools on the property are small but well maintained. Very well located. There is a nice wine bar called Counter Reformation a short walk away.

Nice place to enjoy with family

The only issue was the cleanliness upon arrival the unit had not been fully cleaned. I had to sweep the entire unit, wash some dishes, make the main bedroom bed, and rewash towels that were left damp. We got a 2 bed unit. Aside from that initial cleanup, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay!

Very comfortable

Great stay this is the place my family and I always stay at every trip to a Palm Springs. We have tried other places but always go back to The Oasis
