Hotel California - A Town & Desert Boutique Hotel

We had an excellent reception and upon arrival when they found out, it was my birthday they gave us a few extras that made the trip extremely pleasant. It was wonderful and we truly appreciate the help and the people there. Very clean and welcoming . Above and beyond expectations.

Clean but a little outdated. The staff was great, though breakfast was missed the first morning, so we ate out. The kitchen was fine for basic needs. The biggest issue was the loose headboard, which made noise whenever it was touched. Overall, it's a decent place if you just need somewhere to sleep, but don't expect a large room or a full continental breakfas

Office staff amazing. Best boutique hotel I have stayed in. Quiet with great breakfast. Easy check inn great location. Call them direct for more info won’t disappoint unless you want a big chain hotel.

Different than a normal chain and the bed was very comfortable. Privacy, the blinds left large gaps so that those outside the room could easily see in even with both sets of blinds being closed. This needs to be changed.

Great location and a very relaxed atmosphere. The pool, shady courtyard and soundtrack were excellent. Needs a little maintenance

Conrad, was fantastic ..check in was smooth ..room was great..the only thing I will complain about was the bed ..it was not very comfortable,the mattress was dead..other than that we had a lovely stay.

The Hotel California staff was kind and helpful. The casita was perfection. The vibe is a must return! One of my favorite boutique hotels ever.

Hotel California was a great choice for our stay in Palm Springs. It perfectly matches the vibe of the city. The rooms were very clean and cozy, and the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. Since the hotel only has a small number of rooms, it feels more private and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again!
