Best getaway!!!!

Lovely room Pre-ordered Breakfast was late and had to leave for the airport

Superb

Beautiful, peaceful grounds. The staff are so sweet and friendly and helpful. The full menu was not available Mon-Wed but other than that our stay was perfect. We would be happy to return. It also was a flat easy bike ride to downtown.

Bed was like a marshmallow! Staff were lovely and the property is beautiful!!

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The grounds and the rooms were spotless. We stayed in a superior king bungalow with its own private patio and direct access to one of the pools. It was so relaxing, quiet and just perfect for a recharge. Staff were helpful and kind and its the perfect location for downtown palm springs. Loved it so much changed our plans and stayed another night! Highly recommend.

Could not recommend Casa Palma enough!! It is absolutely stunning and great location. All of the facilities were great, the pickle ball court and free bike hire were an awesome addition. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The only downside was that, on our last night, a group was hosting an event in the restaurant and pool area. This made an otherwise peaceful environment crowded with people, many of whom were not guests at the property. Some attendees also approached guests who were simply trying to enjoy their evening, whether playing pool or relaxing by the pool, to ask questions about the property. I wish this had been disclosed before booking, as a major event taking place in the property’s main common area can significantly affect the guest experience. Providing advance notice would allow guests to make a more informed decision about their stay.

The wifi and the tv didn’t work I let the staff know and even with the reset it didn’t do anything I had to work while I was there on my computer so that’s the only reason that would deter me from rebooking

Amazing stay! We’ll definitely be back the next time we visit Palm Springs

Very convenient place, in a quiet neighborhood and easy to access. From walking into the lobby, to walk in into our room, it was less than five minutes. Very quick check-in.

The white cloth chairs were soiled along with a white cloth bench near the bed. The pillows were very uncomfortable and the bed was squeaky. Those were my only complaints. Beautiful property and room.

We loved the hotel from the moment we arrived. The views are incredible, staff were very friendly and location for downtown Palm Springs was convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay so nothing to add here.

Exceptional

All staff were great - friendly and helpful! The TWO pools were both delightful- both provided a good amount of shaded and sunny spots to lay/sit. Room was clean with great bathroom products. Only reason for an overall 4 not a 5 was - the sheets felt thin and cheap (corners kept coming off mattress), pillows were not comfortable either. The AC stopped working during night 2 of 3 nights. Staff reset it immediately upon notifying them in the morning, but I was told it was because we set it to a temp lower than it could handle so it froze over. My recommendation would be for staff to notify guests of this limit at check in or note it on the remote or in the room somewhere.
