Spoke and Vine Motel

The only downside of this place is that they had the “sliding barn doors” for the bathroom door. While they look nice they don’t provide much in the way of a sound barrier. No matter how long you have been with someone I don’t think you want to hear what is going on in the bathroom even though you may know what is happening.

The staff was excellent, especially Kate. She supplied us with everything we needed! She has a sweet personality! The room was spotless clean and the bed was comfortable! And the live music and Slider Food Trick was fun on Monday evening! I’d stay there again for sure!

Gr8 location, very boutique feel

The room would be perfect for one person; there was a suitcase rack for one suitcase, not for 2. No room to put another suitcase except the bed! We enjoyed our stay, loved the breakfast.

Exceptional

Nice setup including a little bar for refreshments. Great patio area, even had live music on a Monday night. A nice surprise.

Fresh pot of coffee and granola breakfast in the morning get's you going. Love the bicycle theme in the room. Fun stay!

Local coffe and yogurt/granola breakfast brought to your room. Loved being able to get a text with room number and code to get in. Very simple.

The room was great! Clean, comfortable and quiet. Only concern was when you flushed the toilet in room 7. Quite noisy! This wouldn’t stop us from staying here again. Loved it!

Spoke & Vine was the perfect spot for us to stay on our brief trip to Palisade. The hotel has been nicely remodeled and the coffee service to your door in the morning was such a nice touch. If you are looking for a large spacious room to hang out on all day, this hotel is not that. The room is about as big as the bed with a nice sized tv mounted on the wall. The bathroom was larger Na everything was very clean.

Fun little bar in the lobby for drinks or coffee

We have 2 suggestions for the owners to consider. A chair should be added to the bedroom and a short bar should be added to the shower wall for safety. It’s in a good location in Palisade and has free parking. Breakfast is brought to your room and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The owners were very attentive. Every little touch was special. Complementary breakfast! The bar! Help with information about the area, restraunts, and more! We had to keave!

Pros: Enjoyed a cocktail at the reception desk, a really nice experience after a long drive. Nice location, easy walking distance to town. Good Mexican food at Felix’s. Mattress, towels, linens, soap, shampoo etc all high-quality. Great light but satisfying breakfast: yogurt parfait, good coffee. Cons: Receptionist was efficient though not terribly friendly. Air conditioner was noisy enough that it affected our sleep. It’s something I mentioned to the owners via a text that they never responded to (maybe it’s a non-monitored account). Location next to busy Rt 70 may be a problem for some but the outside noise level was tolerable.
