Motel 6 Palatine, IL - Chicago Northwest

Just location and parking Staff so roude bed bugs, no basic facilities, it’s better to stay in your own car and sleep over there instead of going Motel 6

Nothing! The price was $170 with a $68 deposit! And for that price the room smelled like a cat been living inside the room. The shower was extremely small and no bath tub In the morning when I washed my face I noticed the sink was flooded! And there was open condoms on underneath the night stand!! I was better off sleeping in my car then to sleep in something that nasty again!

Average road hotel. It was clean, staffed, plenty of parking, no issues.

DO NOT GO HERE! , For one THEY HAD ROACHES! , also the check in isn’t till after 2pm then they break into cars , the hotel room was dirty they also , they didn’t offer an compensation for anything, THEY DONT OFFER BLOWDRYERS!!! i felt like that was so odd and they don’t give extra towels blankets. the office manager was rude hung up in my face started yelling , my experience was overall TERRIBLE!

People loitering in the parking lot all through the night. No updates comforters in the smoking room, the comforter had holes in it and was ultra thin. The area is nice but the people aren’t. I had to keep checking my key in at the front desk because you need the key for everything and it constantly goes out. It’s so much activity going on , you don’t know if it’ll be the safest hotel with all of the motels/hotels being busted for trafficking and unalivings. The setup seems very sketchy.

The laundry personnel was polite and helpful. My room was not ready at the time I was told I could check in. I arrived at 2pm and the was not ready. After 35-40 minutes they assigned another room. My neighbors had an argument and fighting in the hallway for a minute until the police arrived. My son was scared.
