I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were amazing and the room was clean. This is the perfect spot to stay when visiting for the first time. The location was great because it is in the center and you can walk, catch the train and it's not far from shopping centers and restaurants. There is a shuttle that takes you 3 miles out and the drive is so nice and accommodating.

Never staying at this hotel again. Customer service was terrible. Front desk short staffed and inconsiderate to long check in times and inconveniences to guests. One microwave per floor. Didn't get the room I paid for online. Accommodations were horrible. Never staying there again !!!!

The breakfast was cold and many things were empty on the platters and not refilled.

We only stayed here for one night, but we’re blown away with how clean the room was, amazing gym amenities, and the friendliness of the staff.

Brand new, comfortable Very busy, almost short staffed for the amount of guests’ traffic
-
Brand new, very clean, comfortable space Staff was extremely busy therefore did not have the opportunity to give a satisfactory customer service. The hotel had a convention and the service felt rushed and un accommodating.
