Good: The bed was very nice. It was very quiet even with the Sam's Club shipping warehouse across the street.

The room was clean and the staff was excellent, especially Diane in the breakfast area. She was very helpful, polite and overall a wonderul person. She took the time to talk to us and make us feel very welcome. We would recommend this hotel. We also would stay here again if needed.

Good breakfast and staff was friendly, but property is old and needs updating. Hampton inn in Oswego was much nicer for similar price

It was ticked away and not much traffic getting in and out. Very friendly staff. The first room had smoke smell so they gave us a different room with one bed and another sofa bed. The a/c did not work well, and soda Bed was very noisy.

It’s just something of passage and emergency the breakfast is not good at all but it wasn’t bad

The breakfast was mediocre. Attendant didn't always ensure the food items were kept up to temp.

The room had a bad smell and was dated. I booked and paid for the room before check in. Then they also charged me after I checked in I had to call 2 times to get it refunded.

Very Clean room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable... parking lot was lit nicely... I would recommend this property...if I am Oswego again, ...I will be returning to Best Western....Gentleman at the front desk was also nice and friendly.

Check in person was wonderful. The breakfast was terrible and the staff was sneezed lot and not much of a selection for food. Pool hours are limited wish they kept it open later.

Hotel & room were super clean. The staff was very helpful & welcoming. The breakfast was hot & fresh with good choices. 100% recommend this hotel & would definitely stay here again.

I was awakened by loud noises that sounded like doors being slammed, heavy objects being dropped. This started at 3:00 AM and continued until 5:00 AM when I had to leave. The refrigerator sometimes vibrated and made noise during the night.

The hotel is the best I have stayed at in the area very nice staff and rooms are clean and employees are very good the breakfast is also the best of the other hotels in the area I personally wouldn't want to stay at any other hotel in the area.
